theoretical approaches,
analysis of the problems of art and cultural creation by and for people with a migration background, as well as
a comparison of good practice with Amsterdam, Berlin and London, that culminate in
a well-argued presentation of perspectives and concrete recommendations for Viennese art and cultural policy.
